Terms and conditions

  • We use the same packaging to send your products back to you, so package them well.
  • Your products should be fully insured while in transit, preferably with a tracking number.
  • We aim to complete client projects as soon as possible, but this is dependent on the amount of projects we are currently undertaking.
  • Our standard invoice asks for payment within 30 days. This should be by company cheque, bank transfer (bank details on invoice) or via PayPal.
  • Ownership of completed imagery once paid for in full is the sole property of the customer.
  • When payment is received in full for the project you will be licensed to use the photographs for the purpose you have specified.

Our prices

Basic price is £5.00* per item, which includes 2-3 shots, post-processing and images, both high resolution (print ready) and reduced (web ready), provided on either FTP or CD/DVD. For group shots we charge £5.00 per picture.

Other services, such as clipping path, photoshop retouching, image restoration and cataloguing, graphics design are available on request. Free samples available as well - please email us with your requirements.

We offer a discount for bulk orders: from 100 to 199 objects we slash 10% off the price (i.e. £4.50 per item), for 200 objects or more it will be 20% off (i.e. £4.00 per item). For orders over 300 items please contact us for a quote.
